Leigh Halfpenny says he is ‘living the dream’ ahead of Wales Six Nations kick-off

The 26-year-old is thriving in France, since joining European champions Toulon late last year, and has told Men’s Health all about why he swapped south Wales for the south of France.

Halfpenny, who guided Wales to a Grand Slam in the 2012 Six Nations before retaining the crown in 2013, has also claimed it’s a privilege to represent your country and that he has played out his dreams

‘As a kid it was a dream for me to play for my country and kick for my country. I used to play with my granddad after school and imagine kicking for a Grand Slam and commentate to myself. So I can honestly say that to be doing that is a dream come true.’
