The Blues welcome back Lions stars Jamie Roberts and Leigh Halfpenny for their RaboDirect Pro12 trip to face Munster in Cork on Saturday evening (6.30pm).
The Wales pair were both injured during the last-gasp defeat against Australia on December 1 at the Millennium Stadium.
But Roberts has recovered from an elbow problem to be named in the Blues midfield while Halfpenny is included as a replacement after overcoming a neck injury which saw him stretchered off against the Wallabies.
Roberts will be partnered by centre Richard Smith with Gavin Evans out with a back injury.
But the Blues will be missing Grand Slam hero Alex Cuthbert who has a facial injury following stitches in his mouth, while captain Andries Pretorius is absent because of a shoulder problem.
The side will be led by Blues flanker Josh Navidi in a back-row which includes Wales skipper Sam Warburton and Robin Copeland.
The Blues have a number of players who are expected to be fit later this month, including Fau Filise (hamstring), Michael Paterson (fractured finger), Chris Czekaj (foot), Tom James (toe), and Dan Fish (shoulder), while hooker Andi Kyriacou is out until April because of neck surgery.
